    • for forming endless ropes of high viscous masses by means of a die (strainer plate) such as wet tablet powder, wax or gum products or melted masses
    • for continous mixing
    • melting and mixing
  • possiblity of dosing in of liquids into the process part by external dosing pump
  • output 50 - 2000 kg/h depending on the product, typcial is approx 600 kg/h

  • further development of twin screw co-rotating extruder cooperation with Extricom
  • 12 shafts symmetrically arranged in a ring, co-rotation and closley intermeshing screws
  • dosing through two side feeding screws to provide a gentle dosing
